Bacio di Latte at Irvine Spectrum is honestly one of my favorite gelato spots anywhere. Every scoop tastes fresh, creamy, and intentional without being overly sweet. You can really taste the quality in the ingredients, especially knowing they make their gelato fresh daily with organic milk and organic cream. The Irvine Spectrum location is such a perfect stop before or after a movie, shopping, or just walking around. It has that beautiful, polished European gelato feel but still feels easy and fun. I love their classic flavors like Pistacchio, Cioccolato Belga, and Crema & Biscotti, but honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been so good. Their peanut butter gelato is one of my personal favorites, and anything with Nutella or pistachio cream is dangerous in the best way. Incredible gelato made with quality ingredients you can taste. All of the flavors are delicious and very satisfying. The gelato is on the pricier side but worth it for the quality. They have cups, sugar cones, and waffle cones, and 1, 2, or 3 scoops. Staff are very friendly and the interior is beautifully decorated and clean.

This gelato is bomb! I tried the dark chocolate flavor and it was among the best dark chocolate gelatos I’ve had! The bitter and sweet were perfectly balanced. And the pistachio had a very natural flavor, and was pleasant. If ur in OC I recommend giving Bacio di Latte a try!

This place was so stinking cute! From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a little Italian oasis tucked away in the middle of the city. The shop is small but cozy, with a warm and welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger. The décor is charming and the space is spotless, giving you that authentic gelato shop feel without being overdone. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to let us try samples before deciding. They didn't rush us at all, even though the shop was busy with people popping in. The service matched the vibe laid-back, but attentive and welcoming. They have plenty of flavors to choose from rows of creamy, colorful options that make it hard to decide. I honestly went in telling myself I wasn't going to get anything since my friend was the one who really wanted gelato. But then I saw the strawberry cheesecake flavor, and something about it just called my name. And let me tell you... I am so glad it did. The very first bite was incredible. It didn't just taste like strawberry-flavored gelato--it tasted like actual strawberry cheesecake. I went here twice in the same week as I’ve been trying to catch up with friends during winter break. I’m so glad Bacio Di Latte has come to Irvine Spectrum. The gelato is so delicious. The texture is not heavy rather creamy and light. Each spoonful is well worth the price compared to most other desserts that I can think of. There are so many flavors as well. I half joked with my friend that the whole atmosphere reminds me of my ideal cafe to study in. Everything is well kept. Service is kind and direct.
